Purbeck Shepherd Huts are a new boutique glamping offering in the heart of Worth Matravers.

We have two huts, each with their own private gardens but accessible to each other via the paddock if required. Both huts are completely self contained with everything you should need for a truly memorable stay.

Each has been designed and hand crafted to a beautiful finish with a wood burning fire, kitchen, bathroom and a raised bed looking out of the window down to the sea.

En-suite Bathroom

Both huts have their own en-suite bathrooms complete with flushing toilet, power shower and basin.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

Both huts have everything you’ll need should you wish to cook. There is an electric hob, microwave oven, kettle, integrated fridge and butler sink with utensils. glassware and cutlery on display.

We provide tea, coffee, milk, musili and a bottle of wine to get you on your way!

Raised Bed & Seating Area

There is a queen sized bed at one end of the huts, raised up not only to make room for the table and seating to slide out from underneath but to give you a view down to the sea as you wake up in the morning.

The huts have thick curtains that keep the warmth in and block out the morning rays should you want a lie in.

Wood Burning Stove

Purbeck Shepherd Huts are kept warm all year round thanks to the thick insulation, double glazing and wood burning stoves. A bottle of red while you sit back and relax on the fireside pouffe’s is the perfect way to finish off a day exploring the area.

BBQ & Garden

Both huts come with a Webber BBQ and an instant lighting bag of charcoal so you can cook and eat alfresco in the summer months.

There is outdoor seating in both huts and the Chapmans Pool hut even comes complete with an outdoor swing.

Home Comforts & Activities

The huts come complete with a Roberts DAB radio, WiFi, board games, books and local guides to keep you occupied during your stay.
